![]() I asked the tech to close the blinds due to the sun in the morning. My question is, Why the hell were we switched to a room just a couple floors up with the same exact problem? I’m so freaking pissed especially since I paid extra to have a suite and I didn’t get to enjoy it. There’s a list of the rooms and the front desk should've been honest & placed us in another section. The tech was very honest and let us know that all end rooms have the same issue. Called for service twice before the tech showed up. I called & complained & we were switched to room 1552 & we had the same issue. The service could not be completed unless someone was in the room so I called again for service at 9pm when we got back. I called around 4:30 for service and left the room at 6:40pm. We were given room 752 and waited several hours for someone to come and check on the blinds before we had to leave for dinner. We were held hostage in our room because we could not leave waiting for someone to come check on our blinds. Apparently all the blinds on the side we stayed in do not work. I would've preferred honesty from the front desk but it was information withheld so they wouldn't lose a guest. We kept dealing with an issue that was pre-existing and no one told us. ![]() I am very disappointed with our stay at the ocean resort. ![]()
